NEWS UPDATE:
We are proud to say that our senior stallion "I Is Magic" was named Grand Champion Color Halter (against geldings, mares, and stallions) at the Lost Horizons APHA Appproved Show April 19th, he was also 3rd in the All Ages Geldings/Stallions Halter class. Not to shabby for a stallion in the middle of breeding season! He will ride at the next Lost Horizons show as well!
Our new mare "Kickers Fifty Fifty" is proving to be a force to be reckoned with. April 18th she was 1st Western Horsemanship, 2nd Western Pleasure, 2nd All Ages Mares Halter, 2nd Western Trail. On April 19th in Kurten, Texas she was 1st Color Pleasure, 1st Jr. Horse Western Pleasure, 3rd All Ages Mares Halter, 2nd Western Horsemanship, and 4th Western Trail.
We are very proud of both of these horses and proud to call them members of the Skye's The Limit family!
Skye's The Limit Performance Horses is a blossoming performance horse operation that is focused on producing equine athletes that are dripping with talent. We will be focusing on reining and working cowhorse lines with hopes of seeing some of our horses compete at the highest levels of competition. Currently we have twp up and coming stallions that will go to serious training in January of 2009. We also stand a Grullo Tobiano Reining Stallion owned by LoneStar Performance Horses.
